What is Kordo?
A task management app for teams that build and deliver, with AI agents inside issues. Kordo covers the workflow from unstructured requests in Inbox to execution, review and completion, with operations accessible through MCP.
Is Kordo an app or a web tool?
Kordo is moving to installable apps. For now, this website introduces the macOS version and brings together download information for your Mac.
Does the app work entirely offline?
Installing the app does not make every feature offline. The hosted service, synchronization and AI providers need a connection. Kordo also has a local CLI and SQLite mode with its own setup.
Do I have to use AI?
You can organize work without starting agents. AI features depend on a compatible connection and your authorization.
Do all devices have the same features?
Not necessarily. Local execution and code review features are desktop focused. Check availability and requirements for the version you plan to install.
How do I start an AI agent on a task?
Open the issue and use the agent conversation to give instructions inside Kordo. Execution requires a configured computer, a compatible connection and workspace permissions.
What does AI first mean in Kordo?
Product operations are designed for MCP first, the protocol that lets agents access and perform actions in the workspace. AI can work with incoming requests, tasks, projects and knowledge, respecting access permissions.
