Using Kordo
Kordo provides workspace organization, collaboration and agent execution in authorized environments. Features depend on the platform, connectivity, executor computer and external services. Anyone acting for an organization must have authority to represent it.
Your account and content
Protect your account and grant only necessary access. You and the respective rights holders retain your content rights. Using a feature authorizes the technical processing needed to provide it, limited to the disclosed purposes and recipients.
Agents and permissions
You must have the right to use and share submitted data and repositories. Agents may make mistakes and modify files in authorized environments. Review results and changes before production use. Stopping a task does not undo completed changes.
Integrations and acceptable use
Connections follow their providers’ terms, limits and controls. Do not violate rights, access data without permission, distribute malicious code or bypass security controls. Kordo does not promise exclusive or original AI responses.
Closing your account
Deleting an account, leaving a workspace and deleting a workspace have different effects. Review affected data and workspaces before confirming. Shared content may remain under the organization’s responsibility. Retention exceptions require an applicable basis.
Version and final conditions
The contracting entity, support, audience, commercial conditions, confidentiality, retention and dispute resolution still require definition. This draft is not the effective agreement. Mandatory rights and legal responsibilities are not waived.
