Draft under review. This document has not been published as an effective policy.
Your work and your data
Kordo organizes projects, issues, knowledge, files and conversations in workspaces. Account details, email, profile, permissions, submitted content and activity records support authentication, collaboration, requested execution and security. Free-form content may include other people’s personal data; share only what you have the right to use.
Where data is processed
Authentication, databases and files use Supabase. The website uses Google/Firebase. Repositories may use GitHub. Execution files and integration credentials may also remain on the authorized computer. Installing the app does not make the entire service local.
AI and integrations
When you authorize AI, your request, issue context and necessary repository files or excerpts may be sent to OpenAI. Conversations and responses may be stored in Kordo. Your ChatGPT/Codex account has its own terms and training controls, including the separate Codex environments control. Authorizing a connection does not authorize every processing purpose.
Your workspace
Participants access content according to their permissions. An organization may control shared content and instruct its processing. Operational account data has separate purposes. Contractual controller and processor roles are pending review.
Your controls
You can view permissions, revoke new AI transfers, export available account records and initiate account deletion. Shared workspaces are preserved; deleting personal workspaces requires confirmation. Revocation does not undo completed operations or erase copies already received by third parties. Local and exported copies remain under their holders’ control.
Retention and contact
The responsible entity, privacy contact, legal bases, retention periods, backups, regions and international transfer mechanisms must be finalized before publication. This is a draft. No unverified certification, end-to-end encryption or deletion deadline is promised.
